About Universal Emporium
Universal Emporium is Lahore's biggest cinema by some distance. Nine screens spread across the second floor of Emporium Mall in Johar Town, the only venue in the city where four or five major releases can play at the same time on a Friday night. The hall mix runs Standard up through Platinum recliners with reliable Dolby Atmos on the bigger screens; the Atmos auditorium in particular gets first crack at the noisier Hollywood releases. Affluent Johar Town, DHA, and Bahria-side crowd, parking that absorbs Emporium's weekend rush better than most. Hollywood-first; Urdu releases come in second.
